Femi Ajayi
Femi Ayaji is a fine and digital artist and designer based in Sussex in the UK, having spent formative years in London and Lagos, Nigeria.
His work is inspired by the symbolic and mythological stories of the Orisha’s – the names for deities following the IFA pathway of spirituality for the Nigerian Yoruba people.
He translates his drawings and paintings into unique and intricate digital art prints and homewares.
Exhibition News
Femi featured in an exhibition celebrating Black History Month at The Stratford Hotel in East London between October and December 2021. Femi Ajayi attended the exhibition for the ‘Meet the Artists’ day on October 16th December 2021 where a panel discussion took place regarding black brands in the luxury space as covered by Sheerluxe:
